Thank you for your purchase at Raverro. We appreciate your trust and want to ensure your satisfaction.

Partial Refund Option

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a partial refund option. This allows you to keep the product while receiving a refund, helping us reduce CO₂ emissions. By choosing this option, you avoid return shipping costs and support our commitment to the environment.

📌 Note: If you choose not to accept the partial refund, you must return the product at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia to receive a full refund. Important: Before sending the package, you must provide a photo of the tracking code and the shipping label. Without this information, the refund will not be processed.

Important: Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned package. The product must be in its original condition. If we do not receive the package or it fails to meet our requirements, the refund will not be issued.

1. Exchanges and Refunds

  • Wrong Color or Size: If you receive a product in the wrong color or size, we offer a free exchange or a full refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable items
  • Intimate or personal hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

2.3 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and product details.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received it after that time, please check with your bank and contact us if needed.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned products must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.

❌ Returns without prior approval and without the required photo of the tracking code and shipping label will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Orders can only be cancelled within the first 15 minutes after purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and no changes or cancellations will be possible.
