How can I return my order?

Returns are possible, but the customer is responsible for the costs. As an alternative, we offer an eco-friendly solution: we can refund a percentage of the purchase price and you can keep the product or give it to someone else.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled on the same day they were placed. Please note that cancellations are only possible within the first 15 minutes after placing the order.

If your order has already been shipped or if more than 15 minutes have passed, unfortunately it cannot be canceled.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link you received by email.

If the link does not work properly, you can copy your tracking code and enter it on our website.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the package has not yet arrived, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.

Can I modify my order?

We cannot modify orders that have already been processed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find the best solution.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

It takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order after you place it, depending on inventory levels.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days. However, in some cases there may be delays due to logistical factors.
