1. Our Approach to Returns

Before initiating a full return, our team may first offer supportive solutions such as a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund. This allows for faster resolutions and helps reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.

Many issues can be resolved without a return, and we genuinely try to find the most convenient option for you.

2. Partial Refund Option (Keep the Item)

If you are not fully satisfied, we may offer a partial refund while you keep the item. This avoids return costs, reduces environmental impact and saves time.

This option is often the quickest and most beneficial for customers.

3. Full Return for Refund

If a partial refund or replacement is not accepted, you may return the product for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia

Important: Before shipping, you must send us a clear photo of the tracking number and shipping label. Returns without this proof will not be processed.

Refunds are only issued after the package has been received and inspected. If a return does not arrive or arrives damaged or used, a refund may be refused.

4. Replacements & Free Solutions

  • Wrong size or color: free replacement or refund

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected, you will receive an email update.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.

7. Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or with discounts may be considered final sale. In such cases, refunds may not be guaranteed.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
